As Practice Business Manager Director, I am responsible for the overall business and financial management of Elswick Family Practice. I work closely with our GP directors and practice team to ensure the practice runs safely, efficiently and effectively, while supporting the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.

My role includes managing our staff and resources, finance, premises, contracts, governance, compliance and practice development. I also work with the NHS and local healthcare organisations to help improve services and ensure the practice continues to meet the needs of our patients and community.

Although I am not a clinician, I play an important role in supporting the team behind the scenes so that our clinicians and staff can provide the best possible care to our patients.
