NHS staff, patients and visitors must continue to wear face coverings in healthcare settings. Anyone showing symptoms of COVID-19 should NOT visit a healthcare setting.
Elswick Family Practice is dedicated to protecting its patients and staff. It is vital that in healthcare settings, we do all we can to reduce the risk of infection for those working in our services and those who need our care.
Can we remind you all that NHS Patients, staff and visitors must continue to wear face coverings in healthcare settings.
When you come along to the surgery you are required to wear a face mask/covering inside the building unless you are medically exempt.
If you do not wish to wear a face covering and are NOT medically exempt we may have to refuse you entry to the building.
We appreciate your cooperation.
